Who is a good candidate

This treatment is suitable for both men and women. You must be able to pinch at least 1 inch of fat in the area in question. Fat layers smaller than 1 inch may not require treatment. People with a body mass index (BMI) of less than 30 may be good candidates for treatment, or if your BMI is over 30, liposuction may do a better job.


Weight loss

LipoSonix is not an ultrasound weight loss procedure. The fat cells are permanently destroyed, but the fat within the cells is not destroyed.
